Cant play Sim 3 and the Reason ?

Why i cant play the sim 3 game i found out i have to have enough System Ram to Acutally Work on the Compture so i have to go buy a system ram which is not much and this is what it say on my sysytem no i have to find a 1 gbb system ram or a 2 system ram for a good price
